Auto-discovers PrintDrops on your LAN — probes mDNS printdrop.local / LLMNR printdrop plus a fast /24 subnet sweep (x.x.x.1–254 at 550 ms, 50 parallel). Works for http://printdrop.local, http://printdrop and plain 192.168.x.x — no manual IP needed.

Discover

Scans mDNS/LLMNR hostnames (printdrop … printdrop-6) and every IP in your local subnet. Hostnames are sanitized to a-z 0-9 - (1–63 chars).

Tip: set each stick to a unique hostname via serial hostname printdrop-2 or Web UI Settings → Hostname — if you try a taken name the API now replies 409 Hostname already taken, try printdrop-2 and the device auto-falls back to the free -2 on boot.
